Design Notes

We added TorA sequence to the origin part.

Source

We obtained the sequence expressing the VHb protein from BBa_K1321200(2014 Imperial), and obtained the TorA signal sequence by gene synthesis. We linked these two sequences to the linearized vector by infusion. We placed the TorA sequence upstream of the VHb sequence and initiated expression by a promoter.
